you cant unless your on the pill.
Good luck with that one. Mine waited an extra week specially to ruin my week in Barbados with my parents over Thanksgiving. It was not only painful, but intermittent and unpredictable, all very unusual for me. Add to that beaches without public toilets, a joy, let me tell you.
But seriously, I have heard there is an herbal tea that can bring on the menses. I will look a little online and if I find any ideas put them up.
