the national rail website journey planner doesnt recognise the station North Greenwich, more in details?

is the name of the station has changed or what? want to book in advance to save money, what we have done in the past and never had any problems with it, and this is not to find the station. Help?
National Rail Enquiries recognise main railway stations. North Greenwich is a London Underground station. Use a national rail station instead
You can’t use national rail for this as North Greenwich is an Underground station. As I’ve said elsewhere, you may be able to get a mainline ticket with a transport for London Travel Card add on.
try the national express website i checked and it found North Greenwich
