5 Tips To Prevent Car Sickness Before Your Journey
By the time you start to feel sick, the sub conscious brain has decided that the conflict in the information it is receiving from your eyes and ears is due to poisoning, and induces vomiting to rid the body of the poison. Sometimes you can feel better after vomiting, often this isn’t the case as the body continues to attempt to rid itself of a poison that doesn’t exist.
