Thank you for all the great clips you upload.

Not only do you answer most questions I might have harbored on hiking, you also adress a lot that I would have never thought of.
Following your advice allows for more safety and comfort during my rare family hikes.
    Thanks a lot.

take care and have a nice day

    Nutnfancy,
thanks for making your vids. i love that way you think on tools and your concept on firepower vs. capebilites. well i was looking on the web of a good survival knife and i found out gerber has a good 10 inch long blade with a 10in saw built in.

    Gerber Gator Machete Jr.

please take a look, the knife is only $20

    Nutnfancy,
Thanks! I have watched quite a few of your vids and selected and purchased some gear as a result of your reviews.
I have been camping since 1984 but am interested in backpacking, My question is: Thermarest Prolite Plus or Neoair, Do you have an opinion?

must have taken alot of thinking to gather all that gear together.

i noticed when you were panning across your gear and was thinking, when you were talking about your trowel, about suggesting a trench shovel the kind that fold up to about 8″x4″x2″….now i know it’ll way more but think “firepower” i think you should make a video about the raft cause i have never taken one on a backpack trip

The Chris Reeves knives are too expensive for the average Joe. Most of us working class
survivalist are just living from pay check to pay check.

Nice gear, man! I’ve got a 4 pound two day survival kit. Granola bars, fishing gear, multitool, whistle, mirror, etc.

First of all HUGE FAN… Keep up the outsanding work! Iv been in the military for a few years and was wondering if New or Old BDUs would work this “system”? Also is there a FAVORITE “survivalist handbook” that you have? My personal favorite is the Miniature(SAS Survivalest hanbook) for refrence……….

  19. ihateforigners /

  20. M1K3y0wnzu /

why do you need so many knives?

  21. bushcraftourway /

  22. SuperTasm /

    09:25 “you can see it’s been used a lot!”…

next time someone asks me the rhetorical question “does a bear shit in the woods?”, i’m going to answer “yes, and so does nutnfancy.”

Like the knives, got a air force survival knife, that takes the most beating out of any of my knives, also I have some cheap machete that could take a few hacks. I looked into getting some MREs, and WHEY protein mixes for food. Cold feat is a death sentence. Add up all my other stuff, and my go to guns and get somewhere un populated in a emergency situation.

It’s always good to hear from an experienced backpacker like yourself! You give lots of useful information in your videos. Great work!
