Hey so you sound like you are in the same situation as my friends and I are! Last year and this year we have done the following things. (BTW we live in southeast pa)
$0-50 Budget ideas:
-Find a State Park near by…Most of them are free or a small admission for the day like $5-10 per car load. Go hiking, swimming, frisbee, fishing! Just have fun!
-Go for a fun road trip for the day… Find something you really like, like my friend and I were dying for dutch funnel cake and drove until we found it. Suprisingly it was a lot of fun!
-Rent a Atari or old Nitendo and just play your favorite childhood games all day! With your favorite snacks and no one to bother you on the tv!
-Racing..sounds bad but with my b/fs corvette we just had fun seeing who would actually take us on for the day…
-Take advantage of things around your community! I know sounds weird right.. actually a lot of communities have like fun days for teens/or college students, free trips places, FREE FOOD!
-Make it your mission to each every type of ice cream done by your favorite brand!
-You Tube..just have fun! Buy a fun camera and go for it!
$50-100:
-An amusement park near you.. they are so much fun for the day and can totally be worth it with another friend for a day!
-Go to a major or minor league baseball games, most of the time you can take in your own food and parking is kinda cheap for minor games. They are so much fun!
-BUILD A HUGE FORT/DECK or something you can call your own but your friends/parents will love. (Then you can get them to pitch in)
-Buy 5 of your favorite games and bring tons of food, bet with the food. Like Monopoly, life or something.

$100 and up… I know you wanted to stay around the house but still…
-HERSHEY PARK! The Sweetest place on earth..we just spent 2 days there for $89 hotel…$30 tickets and $40 gas and $50 on food. Splurge~!
-haha come to southeast pa!
