What is the condition of NH 7 travelling from Nagpur to Hyderabad?

Hi I am travelling from Nagpur from Hyderabad via NH7 this week. Adilabad Nirmal route on NH7. However I’ve heard that the roads condition is very bad expecially in Maharshtra side, upto Adilabad. Please provide the latest upadate of the road condition on this route. Is it alright to take this route, Alternatively what is the other way to reach Hyderabd, if NH7 is not available? How much time will that route take?

   hey buddy, yes..the road condition is not that great, but starting from nag wont be a problem. nearing hyd, construction work is going on making the road narrow and unsafe.
   there is nothing mush u can buy on the way, so do carry food water and stuff.
