As a minor travelling unaccompanied, when will I need to provide required documents, such as my parent’s note?

I think you will need to carry these documents in a wallet and have them with you at all times. You might make copies and put them in your luggage as backup. The reason is; if the luggage is lost, (as often happens) you are in a foreign country without papers. It would be difficult to secure lodging or get on another airplane. I believe that you will need to show them when you buy your ticket, you will need an ID again prior to entering the boarding area. More? I don’t know.
