SHAH ALAM, Aug 31 (Bernama) — Twenty-two unmarried Muslim couples were nabbed for khalwat (close poximity) in an operation carried out the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) in conjunction with the Merdeka celebration in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
