Why is there no interest in goa as a tourist destination?

I see that there are very few questions requesting tourist information, whatis the reason for this? is it that people dont care for Goa as a tourist destination anymore?

where or what the heck is Goa?
Far too commercialized. I went there several years ago and it was a lovely, laid back “town”. Now it’s a tourist attraction for Europeans with sunbeds on the beaches and very little of the small town feel.
It has been contaminated (physically and spiritually) for the past 30 years.
Are you kidding me? it’s a tourist hotspot. I was there in December and every single flight into Goa was booked and the streets were crowded with people. This was my 15th trip and every year I go, I notice more and more tourists!
