Why is there no interest in goa as a tourist destination?

I see that there are very few questions requesting tourist information, whatis the reason for this? is it that people dont care for Goa as a tourist destination anymore?

  1. Are you kidding me? it’s a tourist hotspot. I was there in December and every single flight into Goa was booked and the streets were crowded with people. This was my 15th trip and every year I go, I notice more and more tourists!

  3. Far too commercialized. I went there several years ago and it was a lovely, laid back “town”. Now it’s a tourist attraction for Europeans with sunbeds on the beaches and very little of the small town feel.
