What is the most popular Canadian tourist destination in the US, excluding cities on the border?

I wanna know from Washington, DC, where can I go to find the most Canadian travelers.

Is Cape May, New Jersey a popular Quebcois destination?
I wanna go somewhere where I can meet Canadian people because I like them.

Florida. Without a doubt. That’s where all Canadians go to flee the cold. You will meet vacationing families and retired snowbirds. Some places in Florida, you’ll see more Fleur de lis (Quebec) flags than Stars and Stripes.

But, if you go during Spring Break, you might not find the kind of Canadians you like. In other words, like all Spring Break destinations, you’re going to find a lot of drunk students.

I’ve never heard of any Canadians going to Cape May, New Jersey. In Canada, the perception of NJ is that of an urban wasteland.

Fort Laudardale,FL is one of the most popular Canadian tourist destinations in the US (especially during the winter months)

I have never heard that Cape May is a popular destination for Canadians, but hundreds, probably thousands of Canadians visit Washington, DC every year. I have many friends who go to the St. Petersburg/Tampa/Clearwater area in Florida every year. They even have a clinic there for Canadians. Whether you would meet Canadians by going to Florida is another question, because most of the popular destinations are large places with huge populations so meeting them might not be that easy. If you really want to meet Canadians, why not visit Canada?

I used to live in Cape May, and I never met one person from Quebec. I’d say Vegas, Florida, Cali.
