What are the best tourist destinations between Detroit and Tampa?

We are driving down through August, planning to spend up to to two weeks on the journey and are interested in hearing if there are any “can’t miss” locations to see or things to do on route. Any suggestions are welcome. We’d be really interested in hidden gems if anyone has any advice.
visit jacksonville florida like go to towncenter in southside or go to the soon to be like towncenter in the oakleaf plantation
oh and make sure you go to orlando
If you go thru Tennessee stop at Look Out Mountain. If you go thru Indy, stop at the Indianapolis Speedway Museum.
